How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete checkout.

After your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

Requests must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.

If you still cannot locate your Order Confirmation Email, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Which payment methods are available?

We support a variety of secure payment methods available during checkout.

Depending on your location and checkout options, available methods may include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other supported payment methods.

Can I use a promotional or discount code?

If you have a valid promotional or discount code, enter it in the applicable field during checkout before completing your payment.

Eligible discounts will be applied when the code and order meet the applicable promotion requirements.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other logistics factors.

How do I track my package?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays, transportation issues, or other logistics disruptions.

If your shipment appears to be delayed, please contact Customer Support and we will assist you with reviewing the available tracking information.

Can I return my order?

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after you receive your order, subject to our return conditions.

Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is also required.

Please contact Customer Support before sending any return so that your request can be reviewed and the applicable return instructions can be provided.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact Customer Support and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

How long does the refund process take?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
